Rockingham-Harrisonburg Regional Jail

Inmates can have two non-family visitors at a time, plus immediate family. Visitors must be on the inmate's approved list. The list can only be changed every 90 days. Picture ID is required. All visits may be subject to audio and video recording.

Legal mail goes to the same address with "Legal Mail" on the line. Money orders and government checks are credited to inmate accounts. Personal checks are not accepted. Effective April 1, 2025, books and magazines can no longer be shipped to the facility.
