Isle of Wight County Circuit Court Records
Felony case files for Isle of Wight County released inmates live with the Clerk of Circuit Court. Phone: 757-365-6244. The clerk holds criminal records, civil claims, deeds, wills, and marriage records. The court is part of the 5th Judicial Circuit. Use the Virginia Circuit Court case information system and pick Isle of Wight from the list. Search by name, case number, or hearing date.
